Exercise Equipment Information

Thorp Fitness & Personal Training is an extremely well-equipped facility. Most people who visit the fitness center for the first time are surprised to see the variety of exercise equipment. There are several different types of cardiovascular machines (treadmills, bikes, etc...), a boxing area, a full strength training circuit and a huge free weight room.

-----There are no restrictions on what equipment you are allowed to use. The entire facility is at your disposal 7 days-a-week. If you are unfamiliar with free weight equipment but would like to use it, you can talk to a personal trainer about having a session dedicated just for free weight room instruction.
